My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach Geneva center and offering a nice view of the 'jet d'eau' from some upper floors. However, the rooms were not up to par - small and in need of renovation with noise issues at night. Although the dining experience was decent, the pricing was high for what was offered.

While the service was kind and helpful at times, there were instances of trying to extort additional fees. Mr Lotfi stood out as particularly helpful.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is superb for exploring the historic part of the city with plenty of eateries around, but the rooms facing the street can get noisy in the mornings due to tram activity. The service was a bit untidy, yet the staff was incredible. Although the dining options were not outstanding, the hotel is well situated near public transport and attractions.
